Meet Tyler Ellis, Founder and President of ForgeLine Recruiting LLC. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in recruiting across diverse engineering, construction, and manufacturing industries, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the table. His journey in the recruitment landscape has been defined by a passion for connecting talented professionals with opportunities that align with their skills and ambitions.
A native Texan, Mr. Ellis grew up in a family-owned CNC machine business in the North Texas area. At the age of 11 he was immersed in learning the manufacturing business from his father, David Ellis, President of Ellis Tool and Machine Inc. Tyler learned the value of hard work and the importance of having the right talent in place to make an organization run effectively. After graduating from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business, Tyler started his career as a Technical Recruiter specializing in AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction) talent acquisition. Since 2017, Mr. Ellis has successfully recruited for AEC, EPC, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing companies putting customer service at the forefront of operational success.
Having navigated the intricate nuances of both corporate and agency executive search recruitment, Mr. Ellis possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements inherent in sourcing top-tier talent for specialized roles.
